Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to study and to compare learning management to develop learning skills and 3R and 4C innovation of secondary school teachers in Muang District, Nakhon Phanom Province classified by school-size and teachers educational background. The samples consisted of 170 teachers followed Krejcie & Morgans table in the sample-sized specification; and they were selected by Stratified Random Sampling. The instrument used was a five-rating scale questionnaire with the discrimination between .38 and .76, and the reliability of .96. The statistics employed in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test (Independent Samples).
The results were found that overall learning management to develop learning skills and 3R and 4C innovation of secondary school teachers in Muang District, Nakhon Phanom Province were at the high level. The comparison of the learning management to develop learning skills and 3R and 4C innovation of secondary school teachers classified by school-size: small-, medium- and large-sized schools were statistically significant different at the .01 level. When the teachers educational backgrounds: under graduate and graduate were classified, the difference was not found.
