Abstract:
This research has the objectives to study the demographics factor and the perception of service quality that affect the word of mouth public relation of service users, and to study the differences betweenexpectation and perception of service quality of service users at Premium Clinic Department, Aikchol 2 Hospital, Chonburi. This is a quantitative research, using questionnaire to collect the data. The samples are selected using the convenience sampling technique by specifically select 320 people who use the service at Premium Clinic Department, Aikchol 2 Hospital, Chonburi who are 15 years of age or older during 1-31 May, 2559 B.E. Statistics used include descriptive statistics of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and inferential statistics of independent-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. This research finds that most of the samples are female, 21-30 years old, are private company employees, earn 10,001-20,000 Bath, and are married. The service users who have different occupation have different word of mouth public relation of service users at Premium Clinic Department. The perception of service quality that affects the word of mouth public relation of service users at Premium Clinic Department at the .05 level of significance are the response to the needs. The topics that have the highest mean differences (ME-MP) are the exhibition, banners, and good educational VDO. The perception of service quality that affects the word of mouth public relation of service users is emotional reaching. The topic that has the highest mean difference is that the service rendering officer provides the service by focusing on the maximum benefits to the service receivers. Lastly, the study of the difference between expectation and perception of service quality shows that the service users have higher expectation than the perception of service quality in all aspects. The aspect that has the highest mean difference is the physical structure (the level of expectation and level of perception are at high level in all aspects).
