Abstract:
The objective of this research was to study the factors effecting to achievement in learning of basic education. Study to establiah of the strategic management processes to raise achievement in learning of basic education. Study to assess the feasibility of the strategic management processes to raise achievement in learning of basic education. Results of the study were. Factors effecting directly to achievement in learning of basic education, are three factors: 1) The learning of teacher met the quality of teaching highest value. 2) The characteristics of student found Attitude highest value. 3) Family background factors found within the family climate highest value. The Factors effecting indirectly to achievement of basic education, are 2 factors: 1) Leadership of Administrator influence that was learning of teacher and characteristics student to achievement in learning 2) Community influence that was Leadership of Administrator influence that was learning of teacher and characteristics student to achievement in learning. Strategic management process to raise achievement in learning of basic education consists of 3 strategies were as following: 1) The strategy of promoting quality teaching, 2) The strategy development in behavioral 4 sides of the students, and 3) The strategy of promoting participation as partnerships by family and school. The feasibility of the strategic management processes to raise achievement in learning of basic education found that there is a high level.
