The Quality Of Life At Work Of Teachers In The School Network Center For Educational Development Region 12, Nakhonratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7
Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to 1) study quality of life at work of teachers in the School Network Center for Educational Development Region 12, Nakhonratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7, and 2) compare the quality of life at work of teachers in the network center according to gender, educational level, work experience, and salary.
The samples were 135 teachers in the network center acquired by stratified random sampling. The instrument for data collection was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. The statistics for data analyses were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F test.
The research results were as follows:
1. The quality of life at work of the teachers in the network center was at a high level both as a whole and as aspect.
2. For comparison of the quality of life at work of the teachers in the network center, classified by gender between male and female, were not significant different.
3. For comparison of the quality of life at work of the teachers in the network center, classified by educational level between Bachelor degree and higher than Bachelor degree were not significant different.
4. For comparison of the quality of life at work of the teachers in the network center, classified by work experience between lower than ten years and more than ten years were not significant different.
5. The quality of life at work of the teachers in network center, classified by salary as aspect for development itself was significant different at .05 level, however, there were not statistically significant different in other aspects.
