Abstract:
The purposes of this independent study were to examine the level of quality of life and the factors that related to quality of life of registered nurses in community hospitals zone 1 Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The samples were 227 nurses who have been selected by a stratified random sampling technique. The questionnaire was used to collect data. The data were statistically analyzed by Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation. Relational was analyzed by point biserial and Spearmans rho.
The study results were found that the level quality of life of registered nurses in community hospitals Zone 1 Nakhon Si Thammarat Province was at the high level. (mean= 3.58). Average from high to low was psychological, social, physical and environmental, respectively. Personal factors associated with quality of life were age , income , family relationships and obligation. Job factors were the compensation, the working environment, the opportunity to develop the capacity, the growth and security, social integration, constitutionalism, the total life space, organization pride and stress were associated with quality of life of registered nurses in community hospitals Zone 1 Nakhon Si Thammarat Province at the significance level 0.05.
