Abstract:
The objectives of this independent study are for studying the Current Conditions of School Administration in the Opinions of Phayao Municipal Teachers and for studying the Guidelines for School Administration Development in the Opinions of Phayao Municipal Teachers at Phayao Province. The populations in this research are 80 teachers from 3 subsidiary schools of Phayao municipality. The study instrument in this research is the 5 level rating scale questionnaire which the collected data is analyzed by the instant program applications to find out the frequency, the percentage, the average score and the standard deviation. The results of the study are as follows. 1) The overall state of the current conditions of School Administration in the Phayao municipal teachers opinion is found that all of the administrative performance are in high level. When considering in each performances is also found that still in high level which sorted in descending order as follows; the budget management, the general management, the personnel management and the academic management. 2) The topmost suggestions as the guidelines for the school development in the opinion of Phayao municipal teachers is the academic management topic. Most of them propose that the organization should continuously provide the training. The workshop should be provided continuously to teacher for enlightening them about the content of curriculum and the right way to do lesson plans. The another suggestion is the personnel management topic which they claim to the differences of personnel proficiency and ability. They recommend that the organization should put the right man in the right job.
