Abstract:
This research aimed to study an academic management and education level of participation in an academic affairs administration of Anubanchumchonbangbo (Supapipatrangsan) school. The population included 4 administrators, 63 teachers, and 15 basic educational committee. An instrument used in the research was a questionnaire concerning the level of participation in the academic affairs administration of Anubanchumchonbangbo (Supapipatrangsan) in 5 aspects: curriculum development; learning process development; assessment and transferring; media and technology; and internal quality assurance system development. Statistics used for analyzing data composed of frequency, percent, Arithmetic mean, and Standard Deviation.
Research results revealed as follows:
The level of participation in the academic affairs administration of Anubanchumchon bangbo (Supapipatrangsan) school in an overall was at a high level (µ = 3.73, = 0.63). Considering each aspect found every aspect was at high level, as follows: the learning process development (µ = 4.01, = 0.67); the internal quality assurance system development (µ = 3.79, = 0.69); and the assessment and transferring (µ = 3.53, = 0.85), respectively.
Comparing the average of the participation level in the academic affairs administration, classified by their position found the administrators (µ = 4.59), the teachers (µ = 3.84), and the basic educational committee (µ = 3.07), respectively; classified by their working experience found the persons who had more than 10 years (µ = 3.97) and less than 10 years (µ = 3.57), respectively.
