Abstract:
This research study aimed to determine the opinion of teachers and educational personnel to create incentives for executives in Anubanchumchonbangbo (Supapipat rungsan) school, classified by their gender, working experience, education level, and class level. The population composed of 62 teachers and education personnel who were teaching at Anubanchumchonbangbo (Supapipatrungsan) school in an academic year 2011. A questionnaire concerning the motivation using Herzbergs two-component theory: the motivation factor and supporting factor. Statistics used for analyzing the data comprised frequency, percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation.
The research results revealed as follows:
1. Opinions of the teachers and education personnel on creating incentives of executives in Anubanchumchonbangbo school were at a high level (µ = 4.18, = 0.42). Considering on each aspect, it was also found that all aspects were at high level as follows: types of work aspect (µ = 4.55, = 0.48), a responsibility aspect (µ = 4.45, = 0.43), and a respect aspect (µ = 3.82, = 0.74) which had the least mean score.
2. Comparison of mean scores, the opinions of teachers and education personnel on creating incentives of executives in Anubanchumchonbangbo school by gender found that both males (µ = 4.20) and females (µ = 4.18) were at high level, classified by working experience, also found less than 5 years (µ = 4.11) and more than 5 years (µ = 4.25) were at high level; classified by education level found both of the ones who had Bachelor degree graduation (µ = 4.19) and higher than Bachelor degree were at high level; and classified by class level of teaching found both of the ones who were teaching at Prathomsuksa 1-3 (µ = 4.17) and 4-6 (µ = 4.20) were at high level.
