Abstract:
The study risk management of para rubber logistics system for Rubber Holder Cooperatives Federation of Chanthaburi Co. Ltd.(RCFC) was aimed to study the nature and form of risk occur in the supply chain, ways of using supply chain management to manage those risk and educational practices in the operation and transaction that occurred in the supply chain. The research instrument and procedure for data collection included a questionnaire, observation, interview and focus group meeting. Descriptive statistics was employed for both quantity and quality data analysis.
The following two major results were revealed.
Characteristics and patterns of risk logistics system of RCFC. The nature and form of risk that the system's para rubber logistics included the rubber weight tolerances, grading quality rubber, merchants do not pay on time, the current account and the management of Rubber Holder Cooperatives Federation of Chanthaburi limited.
