Abstract: การวิจัยครัง้ นี ้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพี่อ 1. พัฒนารูปแบบการบรหารจัดการโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนวัดสังเวช สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพืน้ ที่การศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 1 2. ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นที่ได้ พัฒนา การวิจัยนีเ้ป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development) ประชากรที่ใซในการวิจัยมี 3 กลุ่ม ตาม ขัน้ ตอนการดำเนินการวิจัย คือ 1. ขัน้ ตอนการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น แบ่งย่อย เป็น 2 ขัน้ ตอน คือ 1.1 ขัน้ ตอนการปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมและบรรยากาศโรงเรียน ได้แก่ คณะกรรมการสถาน ศึกษาขัน้ พืน้ ฐาน ครู และพ่อ แม่หรือผู้ปกครองนักเรียนทุกคนที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนใน ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2549 1.2 ขัน้ ตอนการพัฒนาหลักสูตรโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียน วัด สังเวชที่เลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 9 คน จากครูที่สอนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนวัดลังเวช ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปี การศึกษา 2549 2. ขัน้ ตอนการตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพรูปแบบ การบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธระดับมัธยมศึกษา ตอนต้นที่ได้พัฒนา ได้แก่ นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนวัดลังเวชทุกคนที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชา ที่ครู อาสาสมัครร่วมโครงการวิจัยพัฒนาหลักสูตรโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธเป็นครูผู้สอนในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปี การศึกษา 2549 และครู โรงเรียนวัดลังเวชที่เลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 9คน จากครูที่สอนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นโรงเรียนวัดลังเวช ในภาค เรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2549 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ที่พัฒนามีองค์ประกอบ ทีสำคัญ คือ 1.1 การปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมและบรรยากาศโรงเรียน 1.2 การพัฒนาหลักสูตรโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธและกำหนดคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ ที่ต้องการ ปลูกฝัง พัฒนาให้เกิดแก่ผู้เรียน ด้วยการสอดแทรกหรือบูรณาการพุทธธรรมและคุณลักษณศึกษา (Character Education) 2. ผลการตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธระคับมัธยมศึกษา ตอนต้นที่ ได้พัฒนาพบว่า 2.1 ผลลัมฤทธิ ้ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดลังเวชที่เรียนโดยรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการ โรงเรียนวิถีพุทธระคับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ก่อนและหลังเรียนมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.5 นั่นคือ ผลลัมฤทธิท้ างการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดลังเวชที่เรียนโดยใช้รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียน วิถีพุทธระคับ มัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน 2.2 หลังการใช้รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธระคับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น นักเรียน ส่วนมากปฏิบัติได้ตามคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ที่กำหนด 2.3 ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนภายหลังการเรียนตามรูปแบบ การบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนวิถี พุทธ ระคับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น อยู่ในระคับมากขึน้ ไป 2.4 ครูอาสาสมัครร่วมโครงการวิจัยพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธระคับ มัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นมีความเห็นว่าหลังการใช้รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธระคับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น นักเรียนสามารถนำหลักพุทธธรรมมาทำให้เถิดความรู้ความเข้าใจและปฏิบัติตนได้ตามคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์

Abstract: The purposes of this study were 1. to develop Buddhism-Oriented School Management for Watsungwej Secondary School under the Bangkok Education Service Area Office 1. 2. to determine its effectiveness of Buddhism-Oriented School ManagementforWatsungwej Secondary School development. The study is an R&D research. According to the research procedure, the research populations were divided into three groups. 1. For the procedure of development of Buddhism-Oriented School Management, the research populations were divided into two groups. 1.1 For the physical environment and overall atmosphere development procedure, the populations consisted of all the basic-education school boards, teachers, parents or guardians. 1.2 For the Buddhism-Oriented Curriculum development procedure, the populations consisted of nine teachers working at Watsungwej Secondary School in the first semester of the 2006 academic year, selected by purposed random sampling. 2. For the procedure of determining the effectiveness of Buddhism-Oriented School. Management, the sample consisted of students who studied with teachers participated in this project and nine teachers working at Watsungwej Secondary School in the first semester of the 2006 academic year, selected by purposed random sampling. Finding from the study showed that: 1. Components of the Buddhism-Oriented School Management are as follows : 1.1 Physical environment and overall atmosphere development. 1.2 The morals and virtues of Buddhism and the principle of Character Education are integrated in the curriculum; 2. The results of the implementation of the Buddhism-Oriented School Management are as follows : 2.1 The students’ academic achievement before and after studying the Buddhism Oriented Curriculum were different at 0.5 level of statistical significance 2.2 After adapting the Buddhism-Oriented School Management, most students’ behavior is right to the designated characteristics. 2.3 The level of students’ satisfaction is high 2.4 The teachers who volunteered in this research believe that the students can apply moral principles to a acquiring knowledge and the designated characteristics.
