The research is aimed to achieve (1) the study of transformational leadership of President Organization (2) the study is focused on the effectiveness of the Subdistrict Administration Organization and (3) studying the relationship between transformational leadership and effectiveness of Subdistrict Administration Organization in Sisaket Province. The sample size is approximately 344 respondents who are the Subdistrict Administration Organization in Sisaket Province employees. The statistical method used for the analysis included percentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and the Pearsons correlation coefficient.
The following are the findings : transformational leadership of President Organization in Sisaket Province, it showed that all the aspects of the medium level practice found that in order to idealized influence, inspiration motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. The aspects effectiveness of Subdistrict Administration Organization in Sisaket Province, were found at the high level. They can be arranged from higher to lower scores like those aspects in organizational development respectively, quality of giving service, efficiency of government services, and effectiveness of the mission. The results from the analysis redundant the transformational leadership had significant positive relationship with effectiveness of effectiveness of Subdistrict Administration Organization at the .01 level.
