Abstract: ผลการศึกษา -การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจความพึงพอใจของคณาจารย์คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ต่อการให้บริการของสำนักงานคณบดีคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ เพื่อสำรวจระดับความพึงพอใจ สภาพปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะ ของอาจารย์โดยผู้วิจัยดาเนินการเก็บข้อมูลจากบุคลากรสังกัดคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวม ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามจานวน 40 คน พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่าง ส่วนมากเป็นเพศหญิง (ร้อยละ 52.50) มีอายุต่ำกว่า 30 ปี (ร้อยละ 40.00) มีระดับการศึกษาสูงสุด ในระดับปริญญาโท (ร้อยละ 77.50) และมีระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติราชการ ต่ำกว่า 3 ปี ( คิดเป็นร้อยละ 52.50) ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ในด้านบุคลากรที่ให้บริการภายในสำนักงานคณบดี (ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.82) รองลงมาคือความพึงพอใจในด้านขั้นตอนในการให้บริการ (ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.60) และความพึงพอใจในด้านเวลาในการให้บริการ (ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.56) ตามลำดับ และมีระดับความพึงพอใจในระดับปานกลาง ในด้านสภาพแวดล้อมภายในอาคารสำนักงานคณบดี (ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.44) รองลงมา คือความพึงพอใจในด้านนโยบายและการบริหารงานของคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ (ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.42) และความพึงพอใจในด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในการให้บริการ (ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.36) ตามลาดับ ผู้วิจัยพบว่าระดับความพึงพอใจของอาจารย์ในสังกัดคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏศรีสะเกษ ให้ระดับความสำคัญของความพึงพอใจของคณาจารย์คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ต่อการให้บริการของสำนักงานคณบดี คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract: The result : -This research aims. The satisfaction of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences to provide the Office of the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Research conducted by collecting data from the Personnel Office, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences 40. Questionnaires were used to collect data. And then analyzed with a statistical program. The calculation of the average standard deviation. And test hypotheses with One-Way Analysis of Variance significance level of 0.05. The results showed that Respondents were 40.
