The Characteristics of the Professional School Administrators of Chiangkham Education Opportunity Expansion School Group 1 under Phayao Primary Education Service Area Office 2
Abstract:
The objectives of the study were aiming the characteristics of the professional school administrators and to study the suggestions for developing the characteristics of the professional school administrators of chiangkham education opportunity expansion school group 1 under Phayao Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The populations of this study are 93 persons from 4 schools of chiangkham education opportunity expansion school group 1 under Phayao Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The data is collected from the school directors, the deputy school directors and the teachers in 2015 academic year. The research instrument is the 5 level rating scale questionnaire, the statistical treatments used for analyzing are percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the study are as follows. 1) The overall of the professional school administrators characteristics is at the highest level. When considering in each aspects of the characteristics, all aspects are also at the highest level which can be sorted in decreasing order as: being the ethical leadership, being the systematic leadership, being the academic leadership, being the community and sociality leadership, being the organizational leadership and being the personal effectiveness leadership. 2) The suggestions for developing the administrators characteristics, the top most topic is being the personal effectiveness leadership which most of the questionnaire respondents suggest that the administrators should observe about academic activities in all aspects from various people sources and places in order to learn and broaden their own views.
