Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในจังหวัดเลย จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง และอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ บุคลากรของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในจังหวัดเลย จำนวน 249 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที ค่าเอฟ และทำการทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ โดยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1. การดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดเลย โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดเลย จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จังหวัดเลย จำแนกตามอายุ โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน

Abstract: The purposes of this research were to study and compare the operation of child development center under local government organizations, Loei Province. The sample of this research included 249 teachers of child development centers, the head of child development center and the caregivers. The instrument used to collect the data included a questionnaires with a reliability of 0.98. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-testThe findings were as follows: 1. As for overall and each aspects, the operation of child development center under local government organizations, Loei Province was at a high level. 2.The comparison of the operation of the child development centers of the personnel with different position, in the overall aspect, indicated statistically significant different at 0.05 level. 3. The personnel with different age, in the overall and each aspects, were not significantly different in their operation of child development.
