Abstract:
The objectives of this study were 1) to study the level of personnel engagement toward community colleges in three Southern border provinces and 2) to compare the personnel engagement toward community colleges in three Southern border provinces classified by personal factors. The population used in the study consisted of 42 personnel in community colleges of in three Southern border provinces. The questionnaire was last the tool used for data collection. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test with Scheffes method test. The finding were as follows :1) The level of personnel engagement toward community colleges in three Southern border provinces in overall was at modwate average level ( =3.60, S.D.=0.81). While considered in each aspect found that the the aspect of dedication for the benefit of the organization in was at the highest level ( =3.80,S.D.=0.90), followed by the remaining of membership of the organization ( =3.68,S.D.=0.95), and the accepted and values of the organization was at the lowest ( =3.29,S.D.=0.75), respectively.2) The comparison of the personnel engagement toward community colleges in three Southern border provinces classified by personnel factors found that personnel People with different gender, age, status, level of education, and monthly income had difference on the engagement toward community colleges in three Southern border provinces significantly at the statistical level of confidence .05
