Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพงานของบริษัทในเขตจังหวัดนครราชสีมา ที่ได้รับการส่งเสริมการลงทุนจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน โดยศึกษาจากตัวอย่าง 142 บริษัท ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์ สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอย จากการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ผู้จัดการบริษัทมีความคิดเห็น เกี่ยวกับความสามารถของพนักงาน การปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง การฝึกอบรมและพัฒนา ความมุ่งมั่น ในนโยบายคุณภาพ และคุณภาพของงาน โดยรวมทุกด้านมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยสูง 2) ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความสามารถของพนักงาน การปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง การฝึก อบรมและพัฒนา และความมุ่งมั่นในนโยบายคุณภาพมีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพของงาน โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ การพยากรณ์ (R2) เท่ากับ 0.740

; The board of investment of Thailand

Abstract: The objective of this study was to investigate the effected factors to quality of work of the company in the Nakhon Ratchasima under the investment promotion board of investment. The population for study was the managers from 142 companies. Questionnaires were used to collect the data. The data was analyzed by computer-based program, and used descriptive statistics: basis statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and regression analysis The result showed that 1) The managers had their opinions on the employee capability, continuous improvement, training and development, quality policy commitment, and quality of work with agreement for overall at high level. 2) Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient among employee capability, continuous improvement, training and development, and quality policy commitment had significantly predicted to the organizational commitment of the managers at 74%
