Teachers satisfaction in administration of education institution administrators in Huaysala network under Srisaket primary educational service area office 3
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the satisfaction of teachers in administration of school administrators in Khuean Huai Sala School Network under the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 3 classified by gender, age, education level, and teaching experience. The samples were 86 teachers in Khuean Huai Sala School Network under the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 3. The respondents were 41.86 percent male, 58.14 percent female, aged less than 30 years old at 52.33 percent, aged more than 30 years old at 47.67 percent, bachelor degree graduation at 72.09 percent, higher than bachelor degree graduation 27.91 percent, less than 10 years teaching experience at 45.35 percent, and more than 10 years teaching experience at 54.65 percent. Questionnaire was used as a research tool under 0.93 confident. Statistics used for data analysis and hypothesis test comprised percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
Findings revealed that;
1. Overall the teachers satisfaction in administration of school administrators in Khuean Huai Sala School Network under the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 3 was at a high level ( = 3.81). Considering on each aspect, it was found that all 4 aspects had high level of opinion, ranging from high average to low average: general administration ( = 3.90), personnel administration ( = 3.86), academic administration ( = 3.85), and budget administration ( = 3.65), respectively.
2. Based on comparing the teachers satisfaction of in administration of school administrators in Khuean Huai Sala School Network under the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 3, it was found that age, education level, and teaching experience had no significant difference on overall opinion, while gender had difference at 0.05 statistically significant on overall opinion.
