Abstract:
The objectives of this independent study were : to study and compare the level of participation of teachers in the Internal of quality assurance in basic schools under Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research samples were 127 teachers from simple random sampling. The instrument was questionnaire with reliability at 0.95. Data was analyzed by mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA
The results showed that the participation of teachers in the Internal quality assurance in basic schools under Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were at high level in overall and individual aspect ranked from high to low respectively: the preparation for internal quality assurance, the reporting of self- assurance, the planning for Internal quality assurance, the plan implementation, the improvement according to the evaluation and the operational audit. The comparison of level in participation of teachers classified by gender, age, background education, work experience and school size, showed no different.
