Learning organization to develop skikks to integrate local wisdom of teacher profession students in the preparation to the asean community for early childhood teachrs to entering an asean community
Abstract:
The research was to develop skills to integrate local wisdom of teacher
profession students in the preparation to the ASEAN community. The research
participants were thirty-seven teacher profession students in faculty of education,
Rambhaibarni Rajabhat University. This study was a qualitative research with
intervention. The research consisted of two steps : 1) development of the learning
process and 2) the conclusion of the research findings.
The finding were as follows :
1) Learning process to develop skills to integrate local wisdom, using the
theory of Gagne, focus to learn from activities through interaction with the
surroundings, consisted of nine steps : 1) Gain Attention 2) Specify Objective
3) Activate Prior knowledge 4) Present New Information 5) Guide Learning 6) Eliclt
Response 7) Provide Feedback 8) Assess Performance and 9) Review and Transfer.
2) The result of developing skills to integrate local wisdom of teacher
profession students reflected in three issues : 1) Cognitive domain, knowledge
increase 2) Psychomotor domain, the knowledge to the benefit of the teacher
occupation in the future and 3) Affective domain, proud love and want to publish
future generations to learn.
