The factors affecting the implementation of the internal quality assurance of the small schools under the jurisdiction of the office of Ubon Ratchathani primary Educational Service Area 5
Abstract:
The research aimed 1) to study the states of the implementation of the internal quality assurance; 2) to examine the relations between the teachers participation, their learning of the quality assurance and attitude on the quality assurace, and the administrators leadership and the internal quality assurance ; 3) to analyze the good predictive variables of the internal quality assurance; 4) to construct an equation of the internal quality assurance. The samples were 196 teachers. The research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire with a confidence value equivalent to .73. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, relations analysis and a multiple regression analysis.
The research findings were as follows.
1. The operation of the internal quality assurance in small school Under the Jurisdiction of Ubon Ratchathani Educational Service Area Office Region 5 according to the opinions of teachers overall and at a high level.
2. The relations associated with the implementation of the internal quality assurance in the small schools were positive with a statistical significance of .01.
3. The good predictive variables were shown in a descending order of significance: the administrators leadership, learning about the quality assurance, the teachers participation and an attitude towards the internal quality assurance.
4. The predictive equation for implementing the internal quality assurance in the schools can be written in the forms of raw and standardized scores as follows:
