Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ และสร้างระบบบริการยืมระหว่างห้องสมุดออนไลน์ ของห้องสมุดและศูนย์เอกสารการสัตว์ คณะสัตวแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดยประยุกต์ใช้โปรแกรมมินิไมโครซีดีเอส/ไอซีส 2) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ต่อระบบบริการยืมระหว่างห้องสมุดออนไลน์ ในด้านการติดต่อขอรับบริการผ่านหน้าจอเว็บ การประมวลผลการขอรับบริการ การติดตามความก้าวหน้าของการขอรับบริการ และการแสดงความคิดเห็น การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง ระบบบริการยืมระหว่างห้องสมุดออนไลน์เขียนด้วยโปรแกรม Delphi เชื่อมประสานกับฐานข้อมูลบรรณานุกรมที่จัดเก็บด้วยระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล CDS/ISIS โดยใช้ ISIS_DLL Library เป็นตัวเชื่อมประสาน และใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Access จัดเก็บฐานข้อมูลบริการยืมระหว่างห้องสมุดออนไลน์ ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 101 คน ได้แก่ บรรณารักษ์ผู้ให้บริการยืมระหว่างห้องสมุดของสถาบันวิทยบริการ และห้องสมุดคณะต่างๆ ในจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จำนวน 18 คน และผู้ใช้บริการที่เป็นสมาชิกของห้องสมุดและศูนย์เอกสารการสัตว์ คณะสัตวแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ได้แก่ อาจารย์และนิสิตระดับปริญญาบัณฑิต จำนวน 83 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ใช้พึงพอใจต่อระบบบริการยืมระหว่างห้องสมุดออนไลน์ ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดของบรรณารักษ์คือ การประมวลผลการขอรับบริการ ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดของผู้ใช้บริการคือ การติดตามความก้าวหน้าของการขอรับบริการ

Abstract: The objectives of this resarch is : 1) to analyze, design and develop an online interlibrary loan system by CDS/ISIS programming for the Library and Information Center, Faculty of Veterinary, Chulalongkorn University 2) to evaluate the user satisfaction of the online interlibrary loans system in terms of Web service access into the system, processing ILL request, tracking ILL status and the user's suggestion and comment. This study was an experimental research. The online interlibrary loan system was developed with Delphi programming using ISIS_DLL library as an interface with the bibliographic records in CDS/ISIS database. All online services information had were stored in the Microsoft Access database. The sampling population are 101 persons as 18 persons from the ILL librarians of Center of Academic Resources and the other faculty libraries in Chulalongkorn University and 83 members of Faculty of Veterinary, Chulalongkorn University including instructors and graduate students. The results are as follows: all of users were satisfied with all aspects of the system's functionalities, the librarians were highly satisfied to processing ILL request and the users were highly satisfied to tracking ILL request.
