Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to 1) study the level of compensation of the employees at Bangkok Solar Power Company Limited 2) study the level of the employees organizational commitment to Bangkok Solar Power Company Limited 3) study the relationship between the compensation and the organizational commitment of the employees at Bangkok Solar Power Company Limited. The sample group used in this study consisted of 86 respondents selected by specific random sampling. The tool used was a questionnaire made by the researcher with a 0.95 reliability. The statistics used for the data analysis were percentage, average, standard deviation, Pearsons product moment correlation coefficient. The results of this research were the following. 1)The level of employee compensation at Bangkok Solar Power Company Limited was overall at a moderate level and when each aspect was considered individually, each aspect fringe benefits and welfare were at the highest level, followed by base pay and variable pay. 2)The level of organizational commitment of the employees to Bangkok Solar Power Company Limited was at a high level overall. When each aspect was considered individually, attitudinal or affective commitment was at the highest level, followed by continuance commitment and normative commitment.3)The relationship between employee compensation and their organizational commitment at Bangkok Solar Power Company Limited showed that base pay, variable pay, compensation and fringe benefits were positively related at a level of statistical significance level of 0.05.
