Abstract:
The objectives of this study were: (1) To investigate on administration of Watphra That Doi Wao Boon property and Yene market property, Mea Sai district, Chiang Rai province. (2) To compare between property lessees satisfaction level for administration of Watphra That Doi Wao and Boon Yene market, Mea Sai district, Chiang Rai province. And (3) To recommend an approach to improve the administration of monastery property and correct solutions for property lessees of monastery property of Watphra That Doi Wao. Questionnaires were used as a tool to retrieve data from population who are property lessees of Watphra That Doi Wao and Boon Yene market, Mea Sai district, Chiang Rai province. The sample size is 334. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics such as frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Hypothesis testing was done with t-test method (t-test for independent samples). 95% is confidence interval.
The results of the study were as follows: (1) Overall, all aspects of satisfaction of lessees on administration of monastery property of Watphra That Doi Wao, Mea Sai district, Chiang Rai province was at the low level while Overall, all aspects of satisfaction of property lessees on administration of Boon Yene market property was at the high level. (2) All aspects of satisfaction of property lessees on administration of monastery property of Watphra That Doi Wao, Mea Sai district, Chiang Rai province such as planning, recruitment personnel, coordinating and budgeting was different from the satisfaction of property lessees on administration of Boon Yene market property which was at significant level of 0.05.
So these are recommendations for an approach to improve the administration of monastery property and to seek correct solutions for property lessees of monastery property of Watphra That Doi Wao. (1) Planning; related personnel should consider plan activity that is fully covered and clear and make clear to property lessees for leases and condition. (2) Recruitment personnel; related personnel should support improve knowledge and experience to improve the operation process of Watphra That Doi Wao related personnel and appoint responsible man or coordinator for property administration. (3) Coordinating; related personnel should make clear organization chart that identify clearly, the influence and duty of personnel of each level and provide more coordination for the convenience of property lessees through various channels and make understand about area border that clearly to property lessees. And (4) Budgeting; Watphra That Doi Wao related personnel should do correct and explicit income statement so that others can examine and find method to collect fair rent for property lessees.
