Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาบทบาทในการสนับสนุนแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงแก่ประชาชนขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคลองทับจันทร์ อำเภออรัญประเทศ จังหวัดสระแก้ว 2) ศึกษาปัญหาในการสนับสนุนแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงแก่ประชาชนขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคลองทับจันทร์ อำเภออรัญประเทศ จังหวัดสระแก้ว และ 3) ข้อเสนอแนะในการสนับสนุนแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงแก่ประชาชนขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคลองทับจันทร์ อำเภออรัญประเทศ จังหวัดสระแก้ว การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้นำชุมชนรวมทั้งสิ้น 42 คน ได้แก่ นายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล รองนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล เลขานุการนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล และสมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคลองทับจันทร์ จำนวน 22 คน ผู้นำฝ่ายปกครอง จำนวน 9 คน ผู้นำกลุ่มองค์กร จำนวน 4 คน ผู้นำกลุ่มอาชีพ จำนวน 5 คน และข้าราชการส่วนภูมิภาคที่ปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่ตำบลคลองทับจันทร์ จำนวน 2 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1)องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคลองทับจันทร์ อำเภออรัญประเทศ จังหวัดสระแก้ว ให้การสนับสนุนแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงแก่ประชาชน โดยการจัดทำโครงการ/กิจกรรมส่งเสริมแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงน้อยมาก ซึ่งเป็นกิจกรรมการพัฒนากลุ่มอาชีพ และกิจกรรมส่งเสริมเกษตรแบบผสมผสานเท่านั้น 2) ปัญหา อุปสรรคในการสนับสนุนแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงแก่ประชาชนขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคลองทับจันทร์ อำเภออรัญประเทศ จังหวัดสระแก้ว ได้แก่ ปัญหาด้านบุคลากร เนื่องจากพนักงานส่วนตำบลผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ต้องรับผิดชอบในการปฏิบัติงานอีกหลายตำแหน่ง ทำให้ ไม่สามารถปฏิบัติหน้าที่เกี่ยวกับแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงได้อย่างจริงจังและต่อเนื่อง และปัญหาด้านงบประมาณที่มีอยู่อย่างจำกัด ซึ่งไม่สอดคล้องกับภารกิจที่หลากหลายตามอำนาจหน้าที่ 3)ในการสนับสนุนแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงแก่ประชาชนขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคลองทับจันทร์ อำเภออรัญประเทศ จังหวัดสระแก้ว ได้แก่ องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลควรมีประชาสัมพันธ์ การให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจแก่ประชาชนอย่างจริงจังและต่อเนื่อง ส่งเสริมการรวมกลุ่มประชาชนที่มีแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง เพื่อขับเคลื่อนแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงให้เป็นรูปธรรมในตำบลคลองทับจันทร์ สร้างศูนย์สาธิตการทำเกษตรแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในตำบลและนำประชาชนที่สนใจไปศึกษาดูงานแหล่งเรียนรู้พื้นที่อื่น และจัดสรรงบประมาณที่สามารถเห็นเป็นรูปธรรมที่ชัดเจนกว่าการสนับสนุนแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงแก่ประชาชน

Abstract: This research aimed 1) to study the role of implementing the concept of sufficiency economy in Klong Tup Chan Subdistrict Administration Organization, Aranyaprathet district, Sa Kaeo province, 2) to study the problem of implementing the concept of sufficiency economy Philosophy and 3) to provide suggestions as to how to implement it. This study was a qualitative research, using interviews with local administrators in order to survey the opinions and attitudes of the sample, which consisted of 42 community leaders, including executives, and executive secretaries. It total there were 22 local administrative officials of Klong Tup Chan, 9 governance leaders, 4 organizational leaders, 5 occupational leaders, and 2 civil service administrators of Klong Tup Chan Subdistrict Administrative Organization.The findings of this research were as follows: 1)The Klong Tup Chan Subdistrict Administration Organization had not provided sufficient promotion to the philosophy of sustainable economics. This could be seen by the fact that there were few projects and activities being carried out. Besides, most activities only involved occupational development and integrated agriculture. 2) In promoting the sustainable economic philosophy to the public of the Local Administration Organization, Tambon Klong Tup Chan, the main obstacles found were the limitations of the officials. The current officials had many responsibilities and needed to operate in other positions, and therefore their duties regarding sustainable economic concepts could not be performed seriously and continuously.3) An additional obstacle was the limited budget, which did not support various delegated tasks. The budget was used for tasks. Which were considered to be more practical than the promotion of sustainable economic concepts to the public.
