Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to develop a weeds eliminating machine for rice fields to change gear ratio of transmission for increasing speed of rotary blade and to design rotary blade 3 type to study the performance of machine, by measuring the performance from weeds elimination result of each type. The experiments could be separated into 3 speed is 120, 165 and 255 rpm of rotary blades, and depth level of water at 5 and 10 cm.
The experiment results to test of rotary blade. at the speed of rotary blade 120 rpm, best experiment results is type 3 has weeds elimination results is percentage 64, it uses fuel 4 litter per rai. At the speed of rotary blade 165 rpm, best experiment results is type 3 has weeds elimination results is percentage 75, it use fuel 4.67 litter per rai. and the speed of rotary blade 255 rpm, best experiment results is type 3 has weeds elimination results is percentage 81, it uses fuel 6.6 litter per rai. Thus, from experiment results 3 speed of rotary blade, Conclusions, that best rotary blade is type 3, It can weed eliminating get 4 rai per day.
