Abstract:
This study aimed to study the state of school-based management in basic education in Samakheetham school network, Pranakonsiayuttaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Population used in the study included 130 administrators and staff of basic education in Samakheetham school network, Pranakonsiayuttaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Samples comprised 97 persons. A 5-scale rating questionnaire was used to collect data, and statistics used in data analysis composed of percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and ranking.
The research result revealed that the school-based management of schools in the Samakheetham school network under the office of Pranakonsiayuttaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in overall was at the highest level. Considering each aspect, it also found every aspect was at the highest level, as follows: the participation, internal management, restoring power of education to public, checking and balancing, and distribution of power, respectively
