Abstract:
This research aimed to study the states of problems of school internal supervision in the Saiyok-Lintin school network under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 as perceived by school administrators and teachers. The representative samples for the research comprised 11 school administrators and 82 teachers. The tool used in the research was the 5-rating scale questionnaire on problems of internal supervision in the Saiyok-Lintin school network. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation.
The research results revealed as followed:
1. Most of the samples are females, aged 25-36 years old, graduated Bachelors degree, and had working experience in schools for six years and over.
2. The overall opinion on the predicament of school internal supervision as perceived by administrators and teachers was at a high level. Considering each aspect, it was found every aspect was at a high level, as follows: the study of current states, problems, and needs; planning and alternative provision; supervision performances; media production; and assessment and reports, respectively
