Abstract:
This research is a quantitative and qualitative research. The objectives are 1) to study the characteristic and condition factors for learning of enhancement of community capital, 2) to analyze the learning of local art and cultural media production for enhancement of community capital, 3) proposes an approach to enhancement of community capital through the learning of local art and cultural media production. Using questionnaires to collect information from the 22 communities with the continuously creation of local art and cultural media (407 peoples). Then the statistical analysis with the computer program SPSS FOR WINDOW addition, researchers have studied the community with high social capital from the local art and cultural media product for example Khok Salung community, Phatthana Nikhom District, Lopburi province. By interviewing people in the community who are involved with the creation of local art and cultural media for 6 persons. Focus group with those initiatives with 12 community leaders, teachers, wisdom and youth in the community, as well as in-depth interviews 7 youth leaders, community school director, teachers. After analysis and conclude for guide enhancement of community capital through the local art and cultural media product. The analysis found that 1) the learning characteristic of community capital enhancement. Community learning communication skills the most. The self-learning is the most common. They learned from school. People characteristic is the learning factor. 2) Analysis of learning from local art and cultural media production for enhancement of community capital found that learning from local art and cultural media production most effect the enhancement of community capital in term social capital. Considering the learning period by local art and cultural media production, showed that the preparation period enhance human capital the most, during work period enhance culture capital the most. And the evaluation and dissemination period enhance family capital the most. 3) The approach to enhancement of community capital through the learning of local art and cultural media production separating each side (five side), we recommend to: 3.1) human capital; should do activity that has embarked into practice, 3.2) family Capital; build a good relationship from the encouragement and support of the activities together, 3.3) cultural capital; should do cultural activity in the school class, 3.4) activity capital; activates by the public event that can bring people together and finding a common goal of community, 3.5) social capital; comes from organizing cultural events to participate in community activities and reduce the age gap by using local art and cultural media product.
