Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study a level of leadership and happiness at Work and compare relationship between leadership and happiness at Work of Employees of CAT Telecom Public Company Limited Head office, Classified by personal factors and happiness at Work of Employees of CAT Telecom Public Company Limited Head office. In this research, questionnaires were used to collect data from 354 employees of CAT Telecom Public Company Limited Head office. The statistical methods used in this study were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and Pearson Product Moment Correction Coefficient at the significance level of 0.05.The research findings were as follows:1.Majority of respondents was female age between 41 - 50 years, with bachelor degree, worked as officers with an average incomes ranging from 40,001 - 60,000 baht.2. Leadership of Employees of CAT Telecom Public Company Limited was mainly task-oriented, followed by relationship-oriented and lastly leadership with focus on Change-Oriented was at moderate level. 3. Overall Happiness at Work of Employees of CAT Telecom Public Company Limited is at a high level. When consider by each aspect, the result showed that work achievement is the highest, then followed by connection and Love of work. Recognition was at the lowest level.4. On comparing the level happiness at work of employees of CAT Telecom public company limited, the result showed that personal factors were overall not different however employees had different level of happiness at work at statistical significance at the level of 0.05.5.The relationship between leadership and happiness at work of employees of CAT Telecom public Company Limited, it was found that Leaders with Task-Oriented, Relations-Oriented, and Change-Oriented were related to the level of happiness at work of employees at a significant level at 0.01. It was also found that Leaders with Task-Oriented, and Change-Oriented did not relate to the level happiness at work on Connections and Work achievement. Leaders with Relations-Oriented did not relate to the level happiness at work on Work achievement.
