Abstract: การศึกษาเรื่อง “คุณภาพการบริการจ่ายเงินสงเคราะห์เพื่อการยังชีพของเทศบาลตําบล หนองเสม็ด อําเภอเมือง จังหวัดตราด” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพการบริการจ่าย เบี้ยยังชีพของเทศบาลตําบลหนองเสม็ด อําเภอเมือง จังหวัดตราด (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพการ บริการจ่ายเบี้ยยังชีพของเทศบาลตําบลหนองเสม็ด อําเภอเมือง จังหวัดตราด จําแนกตาม เพศ อายุ อาชีพ และรายได้ ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ประชาชนที่มารับบริการจ่ายเงินสงเคราะห์เพื่อการยังชีพของเทศบาลตําบลหนองเสม็ด อําเภอเมือง จังหวัดตราด จํานวน 254 คน ใช้วิธีการกําหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร่ยามาเน (Taro Yamame) การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติค่าร้อยละ, ค่าเฉลี่ย ,ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน,สถิติ compare means และใช้สถิติ t- test สําหรับเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างตัวแปรอิสระที่มี 2 กลุ่ม และใช้ สถิติ One – way ANOVA สําหรับเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างตัวแปรอิสระที่มีตั้งแต่ 3 กลุ่มขึ้น ไป เมื่อพบว่าแตกต่างกัน จึงทําการทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ โดยใช้ LSD ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการจ่ายเบี้ยยังชีพ ของเทศบาลตําบลหนอง เสม็ด อําเภอเมือง จังหวัดตราด ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมีคุณภาพมากที่สุด โดยคุณภาพการให้บริการ จ่ายเบี้ยยังชีพ ของเทศบาลตําบลหนองเสม็ด อําเภอเมือง จังหวัดตราด ในด้านความเชื่อมั่นไว้วางใจ ได้อยู่ในระดับมีคุณภาพมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือด้านความเชื่อถือได้ของคุณลักษณะหรือมาตรฐานการ บริการ ส่วนด้านการตอบสนองต่อผู้รับบริการมีคุณภาพน้อยที่สุด และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพการ ให้บริการจ่ายเบี้ยยังชีพ ของเทศบาลตําบลหนองเสม็ด อําเภอเมือง จังหวัดตราด พบว่า ประชาชน ที่มารับบริการเงินสงเคราะห์เพื่อการยังชีพที่มีเพศ และอายุต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อคุณภาพการ ให้บริการจ่ายเงินสงเคราะห์เพื่อการยังชีพ ของเทศบาลตําบล หนองเสม็ด อําเภอเมือง จังหวัดตราด ไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่ประชาชนผู้มาใช้บริการที่มีอาชีพ และรายได้ ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อคุณภาพ การให้บริการจ่ายเงินสงเคราะห์เพื่อการยังชีพ ของเทศบาลตําบลหนองเสม็ด อําเภอเมือง จังหวัด ตราด แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

Abstract: The objectives of the study of ‘Quality of municipal services to pay the allowance Nong Samet Trat Province’ are as follows; 1) to study the quality of municipal services of the allowance payment that occurs in Nong Samet, Trat Province, 2) to compare the quality of allowance payment in Nong Samet of Trat Province in which they have been categorized into different groups based on genders, ages, occupations, and income levels. Questionnaire forms have been used as a tool for gathering data and information. Sampling groups are 254 of the public members who come to collect the allowances from the municipal office in Nong Samet, Trat province. By utilizing Taro Yamame’s formula to specifically determine the size of the targeted respondents. Additionally, data analysis by using the methods of percentage, mean average, and standard deviation calculation. The statistical comparison of means values as well as T-test methods are employed to find the differences between two groups of independent variables and the One- Way ANOVA method has been used to determine the differences of independent variables of three groups or more. When the differences are identified, the LSD method will be applied. The results from the study have shown that the overall quality of the allowance payment, that occurs in Nong-Samet, trat, is at the highest level. It receives the highest score in terms of customer’s confidence, then followed by reliability of the services. But in terms of responding to the customers, it receives the lowest score. When it comes to the quality of service comparison the respondents from different genders and age groups share identical opinions,however, the respondents from different occupations and income levels have different opinions with the value of statistical significance of 0.05.
