Abstract: ต้นนมช้างเป็นพืชที่จัดอยู่ในวงศ์ Annonaceae สามารถพบได้ในอินเดีย ศรีลังกา และเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ งานวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาฤทธิ์การต้านเชื้อไวรัสเอดส์ของส่วนสกัดหยาบและสารที่แยกได้จากใบและกิ่งของต้นนมช้าง ผลการทดสอบฤทธิ์ทางชีวภาพพบว่า ส่วนสกัดหยาบเอทิลอะซิเตทและส่วนสกัดหยาบเมทานอลมีเปอร์เซ็นต์การยับยั้งเท่ากับ 91.40 และ 84.48% ตามลำดับ การศึกษาองค์ประกอบทางเคมีจากส่วนสกัดหยาบเฮกเซน และเอทิลอะซิเตทจากใบและกิ่งของต้นนมช้าง ผลการแยกทำให้พบและระบุโครงสร้างของสารแอลคาลอยด์คือ อาริสโตแลกแทม B III(94) และสารกลุ่มสเตอรอลคือ สติกมาสเตอรอล (97) อธิบายโครงสร้างของสารที่แยกได้ โดยใช้เทคนิค 1D และ 2D NMR ประกอบด้วย ¹H, ¹³C NMR, COSY, HMQC และHMBC ตามลำดับ
