Abstract:
คลีโรแดนไดเทอร์พีนอยด์ เป็นสารตัวใหม่ที่แยกได้จากส่วนสกัดหยาบอะซิโตนของส่วนย่อยหัวของว่านพระฉิม โครงสร้างของสารประกอบนี้คือ 15, 16-epoxy-6α-0-acety1-8β-hydroxy-19-nor-clero-13(16), 14-diolide (สาร I) โดนใช้เทคนิควิธีการทางสเปกโทรสโกปีในการพิสูจน์เอกลักษณ์ นอกจากนี้ได้นำส่วนสกัดหยาบและสารบริสุทธิ์ที่แยกได้ไปทำการทดสอบความสามารถในการต่อต้านแบคทีเรียด้วยเทคนิค broth dilution กับเชื้อแบคทีเรีย E.coli, S. flexneri, S. typhi และ V. cholera. สารสกัดหยาบทั้งหมดสามารถยับยั้งการเจริญเติบโตของเชื้อแบคทีเรียได้ และสารใหม่ I มีความสามารถในการต่อต้านแบคทีเรีย V. cholera.ได้สูง ด้วยค่าความเข้มข้นในการยับยั้งเชื้อต่ำสุด (Minimum Inhibitory Concentration, MIC) ที่ 62.5 ไมโครกรัมต่อมิลลิลิตร
