Abstract:
ABSTRACT
The research aimed to study the competency of desirable performance and the requirement of competency development of supporting staff by administrator Attitude, University of Phayao. This research is qualitative research. The data was collected from a sample consists of 210 chief executive officers, middle managers and first line managers in 48 divisions in 2015 budget year. The research used the specific sampling method and the simple random sampling. The instrument used was a set of questionnaire. The researcher used the statistical calculation of computer program and descriptive statistics. The result of data analysis showed that 1. Competency of knowledge, the administrators of University of Phayao in all level focus on the awareness of service recipient and competition by to be able to take the data and analysis result of service recipient and the condition of competition to adjust the strategy or performance method. 2. Competency of skill, the administrators of University of Phayao in all level focus on the research competency and creative development of supporting staff by to be able to analyze the error and specifying of the problems in the operation research to provide the advice and counsel for the others. 3. Competency of ability, the administrators of University of Phayao in all level focus on the ability of staff for the specifying of performance guideline and to follow the performance guideline which leads to the standard result creation with scheduled. The supporting staff who can advise and counsel the work for the colleague and can make the quality production. As well as they can specify the performance guideline and to follow the good governance and the performance guideline which lead to the good performance.
