Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้ระบบงานธุรกิจหลักของพนักงานการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตรในสังกัดสานักงานจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี และความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปรต่าง ๆ ที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้ระบบงานธุรกิจหลักธนาคาร โดยใช้แบบจาลองของการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี (TAM) การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงสารวจโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากพนักงาน จานวน 165 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสายงานที่ปฏิบัติ ผลการทดสอบพบว่า การรับรู้ประโยชน์ การรับรู้ความง่ายในการใช้งาน และความตั้งใจในการใช้งานมีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้ระบบงานธุรกิจหลัก ที่ระดับนัยสาคัญ 0.05

Abstract: The objectives of this research project were to study the uses of the core banking system by employees of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Co-operatives, Surat Thani Provincial Office, and the relationships among various factors that affect ways the system is used, by making use of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The research project employed a survey gathering data from 165 bankers under the purview of the Surat Thani Provincial Office. They were randomly selected using the stratified sampling method in a manner that took into account their line of work. The results showed that the bankers’ perceived usefulness of using the system, the perceived ease of use, and the degree of determination to keep using it had significance at the 0.05 level.
