Abstract:
The objectives of this research were study include (1) to study the attitudes level of the communitys attitudes toward corporate social responsibility activities implemented by Khanom Gas Separation Plant of PTT Public Company Limited; (2) to study the factors effecting of communitys attitudes toward corporate social responsibility activities implemented by Khanom Gas Separation Plant. The data collection method is to use the questionnaires with 399 samples in the community of three areas of Khanom District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. According to the study result, it is found that: (1) The community has a high level of the attitudes towards the operation of the social responsibility activities in a way to develop the knowledge and the education for the community development, the environment for sports and tourism, as well as the religions and the culture; (2) As for the differences between personnel factors against the communitys attitudes towards toward corporate social responsibility activities implemented by Khanom Gas Separation Plant, it is discovered that the differences in sex, educational degree and income have the effects on the different attitudes, while the differences in age, occupations, status and residence dont significantly affect the attitudes with the statistics level data=0.05; (3) According to the differences data between perception factors on the communitys attitudes towards toward corporate social responsibility activities implemented by Khanom Gas Separation Plant, it is found that among the differences in the media perception stimulus, the group of people with and without the experiences of obtaining the activities operation news are the factors that
affects the different attitudes while among the personnel factors, the different emotions and minds dont mainly impact on the different attitudes. In addition, the differences in experiences, incentives and beliefs have the significant effect on the differences in the attitudes with the statistics data level=0.05; (4) According to the relationship between the organization factors and the communitys attitudes toward corporate social responsibility activities implemented by Khanom Gas Separation Plant, it is discovered that the overall opinions towards the operation in the area of the organization factors are associating with the communitys attitudes towards toward corporate social responsibility activities implemented by Khanom Gas Separation Plant with high level of relationship in the same tendency.
