Abstract: การค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการครูภายใต้สถานการณ์ความไม่สงบ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 1 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการครูภายใต้สถานการณ์ความไม่สงบ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 1 จำแนกตามตัวแปรเพศ ศาสนา วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน และ 3) เพื่อประมวลข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อสร้างขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการครูภายใต้สถานการณ์ความไม่สงบ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้ คือ ข้าราชการครูในอำเภอหนองจิก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 217 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. ผลการศึกษาระดับขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการครูภายใต้สถานการณ์ความไม่สงบ ในอำเภอหนองจิก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน จำนวน 5 ด้าน มีระดับขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานภายใต้สถานการณ์ความไม่สงบ อยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้นด้านเงินเดือนและสวัสดิการ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ผลการศึกษาความแตกต่างโดยการเปรียบเทียบขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการครูภายใต้สถานการณ์ความไม่สงบ ในอำเภอหนองจิก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 1 ตามตัวแปรเพศ และประสบการณ์ทำงาน พบว่า ด้านความมั่นคงและปลอดภัย มีขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ แต่ในด้านศาสนาและวุติการศึกษา มีขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการครูภายใต้สถานการณ์ความไม่สงบ ในอำเภอหนองจิก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 1 ได้แก่ ควรจัดสรรบุคลากรให้เพียงพอ ควรสงเสริมให้บุคลากรได้พัฒนาความรู้เรื่องการทำวิทยฐานะ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรแก้ปัญหาสถานการณ์ความไม่สงบอย่างจิงจัง ควรเพิ่มเงินเสี่ยงภัยในพื้นที่สีแดง และควรมีน้ำใจ ช่วยเหลือเพื่อนร่วมงานและไม่เอาเปรียบเพื่อนร่วมงาน The objectives of this study were 1) to study the morale and encouragement in the performance of teachers in Nong Chik district under the unrest situation under jurisdiction of the Office of Primary Education in Pattani Area1, 2) to compare the performance of the morale of teachers under the unrest situations under jurisdiction of the Office of Primary Education in Pattani Area1 by gender, religion, education and work experience, and 3) to gather feedbacks as to build morale and encouragement in the performance of teachers under the unrest situations under jurisdiction of the Office of Primary Education in Pattani Area1. The samples of the study were 217 teachers in Pattani under jurisdiction of the Office of Primary Education in Pattani Area1,academic year 2011, the data analysis was performed by using computer program. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results showed that 1. The level of morale and encouragement in the performance of teachers under the unrest situations in Nong Chik district under jurisdiction of the Office of Primary Education in Pattani Area1, the overall and other 5 aspects showed at high level except for the salary and benefits was at moderate level 2. In comparing the level of morale and encouragement in the performance of teachers under the unrest situations in Nong Chik district under jurisdiction of the Office of Primary Education in in life were significantly different but there was no difference on the religious and moral educational degree. 3. Suggestions to build morale and encouragement in the performance of teachers under the unrest situations in Nong Chik under jurisdiction of the Office of Primary Education in Pattani Area1; the authority should allocate adequate staffs. At the same time the schools should have habitable and safe landscape.Staff members should be encouraged to develop knowledge in the making their academic standings and also support them in attending training or seminars. Moreover, agencies involved should resolve the unrest situations seriously. The government should increase the compensation and allowance in risky areas. The should be generous in supporting colleagues, avoid exploiting colleagues, and should have good regard to senior persons.
