Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study teachers participation in academic affairs administration of Bankhunprathed school, Nongkhame district, Bangkok, in 4 aspects: setting objective, role, decision and communication. The samples used in the research were 69 teachers of Bankhunprathed school in 2012. The data were analyzed by using mean scores, Standard Deviation, One-way ANOVA, and pair test of Scheffe.
The results revealed that:
1. Teachers participation in academic affairs administration of Bankhunprathed school, Nongkhame district, Bangkok, both general and each aspect were at a high level, as follows: setting, objective, role, communication, and decision, respectively.
2. A comparison of teachers participation in academic affairs administration of Bankhunprathed school, Nongkhame district, Bangkok at different levels were statistically significant difference at .01 level.
