Abstract:
This research aimed to investigate transformational leadership of school administrators in the Saimitsuksa School Cluster under the Private Education Commission and to compare the opinions of teachers on the transformational, classified by their gender, education, and teaching experience. Samples included 135 teachers in the Saimitsuksa School Cluster. Questionnaire with .95 reliability was used as a tool for this study. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test.
The results revealed that:
1. The school administrators transformational leadership as perceived by the teachers in an overall was at a moderate level. Considering each aspect found every aspect was at a moderate level: an individualized consideration ( = 3.50), an intellectual stimulation ( = 3.46), an inspiration ( = 3.37), and a charisma ( = 3.34), respectively.
2. Gender, education level, and teaching experience had no influence on their opinions.
