Abstract:
The purposes of this research were 1) to study a participation in academic affairs management of secondary school teachers under Suratthani Educational Service Office Area 2. 2) to compare the level of the sample populations opinions in accordance with status, the educational background and the working experience. The number of the sample group drawn by using Yamane table for calculation. The samples were 226 teachers selected form simple random sampling technique. The 2 - part questionnaire was used as the instrument. The first part was about the personal information, and the second part was the 41 item questionnaire consisting of 5- level Likert rating Scale. SPSS for Windows was used to analyze percentage, means, and standard deviation.
The results were as follows :1) The overall aspects were in high level. This included the aspects of the learning and teaching management, the assessment and evaluation management, the quality assurance management and the curriculum management whereas the supervisory management was in middle level. 2) In comparing by the status, education background and working experiences, it showed that there was no significant difference in both overall and seprated aspects.
