A Study of Achievement and Opinions of Trainees Towards the Training Program Course for the School Administrators in Bangkok Metropolitan Before and After Training.
Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study achievement before and after the training, and to compare opinions of trainees, who worked for Bangkok Metropolitan Authority, towards training course for school administrators in the area of context, input, process and output as classified by age, working experience, educational background and position. The sampling group was composed of 65 trainees in the Iclass of school administrators (being trained between May 24 to July 24, 1999). Data were collected by achievement test and 5 scale questionnaire. Utilized statistic tools were mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test.Research results:Learning achievement of trainees after training was higher than before training. Trainees' opinions towards school administrator training course in the area of context, input, process are high level but output were at the highest level. And for the input issue, the trainees which their educational backgrounds were lower than bachelor degree had their opinions towards training course higher than those of graduate degrees.
