Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาความมีวินัยของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นของโรงเรียนเทศบาล ๑ บ้านท่าตะเภา สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองชุมพร และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบปัญหาความมีวินัยของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นของโรงเรียนเทศบาล ๑ (บ้านท่าตะเภา) สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองชุมพร จำแนกตามเพศและระดับชั้น กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นของโรงเรียนเทศบาล ๑ (บ้านท่าตะเภา) สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองชุมพร ปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 337 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูปเพื่อหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ค่าสถิติที และค่าสถิติเอฟ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัญหาความมีวินัยของนักเรียนโรงเรียนเทศบาล ๑ (บ้านท่าตะเภา) สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองชุมพร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง การเปรียบเทียบปัญหาความมีวินัยของนักเรียน จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับชั้นโดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านความรับผิดชอบและด้านความซื่อสัตย์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 นักเรียนที่มีเพศต่างกันโดยภาพรวม เพศชายมีปัญหาความมีวินัยมากกว่าเพศหญิง นักเรียนที่เรียนในระดับชั้นต่างกันโดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และพบว่านักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ในภาพรวมและรายด้านมีปัญหาวินัยมากกว่าระดับชั้นอื่นทุกด้านในระดับปานกลาง

Abstract: The research purpose was to study problems of discipline amongst the secondary school students at Municipal School 1 (Ban Tha Ta Pao) under Chumphon municipality and to compare a level of their problems of discipline classified by gender and educational level. The sample group was the 337 secondary school students at Municipal School 1 (Ban Tha Ta Pao) under Chumphon municipality in the academic year 2011. The research instrument was the questionnaire and the data were analyzed by a package of the computer program to find out the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t - test and F - test for the hypothesis test. The research findings were that a level of the problems of discipline amongst the secondary school students at Municipal School 1 (Ban Tha Ta Pao) under Chumphon municipality overall was neutral. The comparison of their problems of discipline classified by gender and educational level overall was found the difference without a statistical significant difference. When each aspect was considered separately, it was found that there was a statistical significant difference at .05 for the aspects of responsibility and honest. In addition, more problems of discipline can be found from male than female. It was also found that there was an coverall difference considered by the students’ educational level without a statistical significant difference. Students from Matthayomseuksa 3 faced more problems of discipline than other educational levels in every aspect for a neutral level.
