The influence of organizational conflict management on overall operation: A case study of personnel of faculty of business administration at the four Rajamangala universities of technology
Abstract:
This research aimed were to (1) study the levels of organizational conflict management and overall operation of personnel in four campuses of Rajamangala Universities of Technology (2) study the relation between organizational conflict management and overall operation of personnel in four campuses of Rajamangala Universities of Technology (3) study the influence of organizational conflict management on overall operation of personnel in four campuses of Rajamangala Universities of Technology.
The method and population or representative samples were the personnel of four campuses - Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin and Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi - which consisted of academic personnel and academic supportive personnel using the questionnaires approved in content accuracy. The consistency index between the questions and objectives was from 0.65 - 0.80, and the reliability was 0.73 - 0.81 from the amount of 240 questionnaires. The research tool was questionnaires divided into 3 parts: part 1 representative samples generality, part 2 organization conflict management, and part 3 overall Operation according to Linkert Scales approach.
The research found that organizational conflict management of personnel of Faculty of Business Administration in Four Campuses of Rajamangala Universities of technology tended to handle the conflict with cooperation, conciliation, compliance, avoidance and overcoming respectively. The organizational conflict management has an influence on overall operation in every way at statistical significance level of 0.01.
