Abstract:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสะอาดที่มีต่อผลการดาเนินงานของวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง จานวน 273 ราย รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งได้รับการตอบกลับแบบสอบถาม รวมทั้งสิ้น 189 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 69.20 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) การแจกแจงความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis)
ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุระหว่าง 30-40 ปี ลักษณะของธุรกิจเป็นรูปแบบบริษัทจากัด ประเภทภาคการผลิต มีทุนจดทะเบียนระหว่าง 30-40 ล้านบาท และมีจานวนพนักงานตั้งแต่ 51 คนขึ้นไป ผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่างมีการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสะอาดโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการลดการใช้และลดมลพิษที่แหล่งกาเนิด (Reduce) ด้านการนากลับมาใช้ซ้า (Reuse) และด้านการนากลับมาใช้ใหม่ (Recycle) มีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อผลการดาเนินงานของวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง สาหรับผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสะอาดมีผลต่อผลการดาเนินงานของวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่างโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านทุนกายภาพ (Physical Capital) ด้านทุนสังคม (Social Capital) ด้านทุนมนุษย์ (Human Capital) และด้านทุนสิ่งแวดล้อม (Environment Capital) ซึ่งผลที่ได้จากการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้พบว่า ผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่างมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในเรื่องการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสะอาดโดยเฉพาะด้านลดการใช้และลดมลพิษที่แหล่งกาเนิด (Reduce) ด้านการนากลับมาใช้ซ้า (Reuse) และด้านการนากลับมาใช้ใหม่ (Recycle) ซึ่งหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรเข้าไปวางแผน สนับสนุน ให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจมากยิ่งขึ้นอันจะนาไปสู่ผลการดาเนินงานของวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางที่ดีขึ้นได้ในที่สุด This research aims to study the application of clean technologies on the performance of small and medium enterprises in the Lower Northeast. The three area are to reduce pollution from its original source, to reuse it, and to recycle has positive influence on the performance of small and medium enterprises in the Lower Northeast. From the hypothesis found that application of clean technology affects the performance of small and medium enterprises in the Lower Northeast. The areas are the physical capital, social capital, human capital and environment capital. As a resulted the small and medium entrepreneurs in the Lower Northeast have knowledge of the application of clean technologies. Especially, technologies of

reduce pollution at the source, the adaptation of reuse and recycle. The government agencies should plan to support that lead to a better understanding to the implementation of the medium-sized enterprises.
