The findings of the study are as follows:
The study has found that requirement of people to raise status from sub-district administrative organization to sub-district municipality is in minimum level. The factors of raising the status are gender, education, level of understandings of people towards the roles of sub-district administrative organization and sub-district municipality. There is the difference of requirement as 95% of statistical significance. Meanwhile there is no difference from people from different age towards the requirement of raising status.
For comment and proposal, people agree that Wiang Hao sub-district administrative organization is well-organized and ready to be raised their status to sub-district municipality by their qualified human resource and administrator. And there is plenty area to expand for future structure and missions. For opposite thought which was mentioned that Wiang Hao sub-district administrative organization is not ready to be raised their status to sub-district municipality is their unclear boundary and lack of knowledge towards the raising status. Knowledge of municipality administration should be provided for people to know the advantage and weakness of raising status. And there should be referendum before raising the status.
