Abstract:
The objective of this study is to study the Management of Employees Benefits Enhance Work Motivation of Phanphittayakhom School and to compare welfare requirement of teachers and employees of Phanphittayakhom School using a survey research. The population is 149 teachers and employees. The instrument used is questionnaires and statistics used to analyze are number, percentage, average, standard deviation, T test, F and using variance analysis to compare the difference between two groups or more of variables identified with statistical significance of 0.05. The result of this study is as following.
The study found that most teachers are female age between 35-45 years, bachelor degree, married, 16-20 years of working and salary between 15,000-25,000 baht. Teachers most welfare requirement is financial assistance for medical expenses of family members and their minor need is media technology for their teaching, cash bonus and the least need is uniforms. Most employees are female age between 25-35 years, bachelor degree, married, less than 5 years of working and the salary is between 5,000-15,000 baht. Still, the study found that employees most wanted is cost money; their minor need is holiday overtime pay and financial assistance for medical expenses of family members. Their least need is a yearly party. The hypothesis testing found that teachers and employees require economic security welfare with statistic significance of 0.05
The recommendation from the study, Phanphittayakhom School should provide type of health benefits and medical cares due to the same requirement of both teachers and employees. In addition, welfare should cover family members. Welfare compensation should be in line with present social and economic conditions and provide opportunity for employees or agents of all levels to participate in the formulation of guidelines to welfare.
This study is only for Phanphittayakhom Schools employees, it should be studied at the provincial level in order to identify a broader approach to welfare.
