Abstract:
The aims of this study were to study the risk factors of Agricultural Chemical Distribution Business in Payamengrai District, Chiang Rai Province area, study the risk analysis and risk assessment of Agricultural Chemical Distribution Business in Payamengrai District, Chiang Rai Province area. And study the risk management guidelines of Agricultural Chemical Distribution Business in Payamengrai District, Chiang Rai Province area. The data of this qualitative research were collected through the observation and in-depth interview among 5 real dealers from non-probability sampling and snowball sampling. The collected data were applied for the risk management process of Australia/New Zealand Standard 4360 (AS/NZS 4360)
The results found that the factors from framework were identified to 3 risks in Agricultural Chemical Distribution Business such as Financial risk, Operation risk and Marketing risk. The results of risk analysis were obtained by combining likelihood and impact and from these get risk score/level using the risk matrix. The results showed risk scores of the financial and Operation were 2 scores or medium level that mean acceptable risk. Marketing risk had 3 scores or high level that mean unacceptable risk. Therefore, we should focus Marketing risk management for reducing impact and likelihood from the highest risk. The risk management guidelines of Agricultural Chemical Distribution Business use Dorfman4T about to take the risk, to treat the risk, to terminate the risk and to transfer the risk and including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
