Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study and compare teachers opinion on the level of the executive leadership of women under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, classified executive women leadership by gender, working experiences, and size of school. The population composed of 100 teachers. The frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation used for data analysis. The data were collected by a 5-point rating scale questionnaire.
The results of the study were as follows:
Most teachers are female (81%); 5-10 years experience working as a teacher in a school (80%); medium-sized schools (95%); and only 5% taught in small schools.
In comparison the executive leadership of women under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 showed that the overall level of executive women leadership under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was at a high level and the executive leadership of women emphasized more on the relationship than on the task.
