Abstract:
การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนหมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไปของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา และเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอนในหมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป ของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากอาจารย์ผู้สอนในหมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป ของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 74 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า ประกอบด้วย 2 ตอน คือ ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ปัญหาและแนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอนหมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป ด้านผู้สอน วิธีการสอน การวัดและประเมินผล และสภาพแวดล้อม ข้อมูลที่ได้วิเคราะห์โดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน แล้วนำเสนอในรูปตารางประกอบการบรรยาย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ปัญหาการเรียนการสอนหมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป ของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ตามทัศนะของผู้สอนในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (µ = 2.64, S.D. = 0.26) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านวิธีการสอน ด้านผู้สอน และด้านสภาพแวดล้อม ตามลำดับ 2) แนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอนหมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไปของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา แต่ละด้านดังนี้ ด้านผู้สอน มหาวิทยาลัยควรทำการสำรวจผู้เรียน ทั้งนี้เพื่อทราบข้อมูลเตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดหาอาจารย์ผู้สอนเพิ่ม หรือเพิ่มกลุ่มเรียนให้มากขึ้น และควรจัดให้มีผู้เรียน ≤ 50 คน ต่อ 1 กลุ่มเรียนต่อห้องเรียน รวมไปถึงมหาวิทยาลัยควรจัดอบรมการใช้สื่อการเรียนการให้แก่อาจารย์ผู้สอนก่อนเปิดภาคเรียน ด้านวิธีการสอน มหาวิทยาลัยควรส่งเสริมให้ปรับรูปแบบการสอนในหมวดรายวิชาศึกษาทั่วไปของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา จากการบรรยายเป็นให้เน้นการปฏิบัติมากขึ้น ด้านการวัดประเมินผล มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ควรจัดให้มีการอบรมอาจารย์ผู้สอนและนิสิต หรือมีคู่มือการใช้งานการประเมินออนไลน์ และควรจัดสรรงบประมาณเพื่อทำข้อสอบกลาง รวมไปถึงควรจัดอบรมอาจารย์ผู้สอน เรื่อง การออกข้อสอบให้ได้มาตรฐาน การรายงานผลการเรียนในระบบรายงานผลการเรียนออนไลน์ สาขา/คณะ ควรมีการประชุมเพื่อวิพากษ์ผลการเรียน และเนื่องจากผู้เรียนต่อกลุ่มเรียนมีจำนวนมาก อาจจะต้องพิจารณาในเรื่องการยกเลิกเก็บคะแนนย่อยในหมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป ด้านสภาพแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยาควรจัดห้องเรียนให้มีความเหมาะสมกับสัดส่วนของจำนวนนิสิต จัดโต๊ะ และเก้าอี้ ให้เพียงพอต่อจำนวนนิสิต และปรับปรุงห้องเรียนให้มีเครื่องปรับอากาศทุกห้อง และเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ในห้องเรียนที่ยังเป็นรุ่นเก่า ให้เป็นรุ่นใหม่ มีความทันสมัย และใช้งานได้ง่าย

Abstract:
The Purposes of this independent study were to study about problems in Teaching and Learning of General Education Courses for Guidelines to Solve Teaching and Learning of General Education Courses of The University of Phayao. The population of this studies was 74 instructors of General Education Courses in the academic year of 2013. Questionnaire was employed to collect data consisting of two parts. General data of instructors and problems and guidelines to of General Education Courses, The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS for Windows: Percentage, Mean, standard deviation and presented by using description with table The research found that problems in Teaching and Learning of General Education of General Education Courses of The University of Phayao perceived by instructors was at a medium level, The highest mean was related to the evaluation and assessment, the teaching, the instructors, and the environment respectively. 2) These were parts of teaching management for general education subjects of the University of Phayao: Lecturer: The University should survey students to know the data and to prepare more lectures or more sections. The Student quantity should have ≤ 50 students per 1 section per classroom. Moreover, the University should have teaching media training for lecturers before the beginning of term. The instructors: The University should support teaching style adjustment for General Education Courses of the University of Phayao to have more practice than explanation. Evaluation and assessment: The University of Phayao should have specific training for lecturers and students and the online-evaluation guidebook. Furthermore, the university should allocate the budget to make the main examination including training of standardized examination making for lecturers. In the case of online-teaching report, the faculties and administrators should have the meeting to criticize results of assessment and the instructors. If there were too many students for each section, the minor activities of the General Education Courses may be canceled. Environment: The University of Phayao should provide conducive classrooms appropriate with the number of students. Desks and chairs should be sufficient with the students. All classrooms should have the air-conditioner and their equipment should be improved or modernized for comfortable usage
