Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา และเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็ก เล็กสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโพธิ์ไพศาล อำเภอกุสุมาลย์จังหวัดสกลนคร จำแนกตาม สถานภาพ และวุฒิการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองของเด็ก และคณะกรรมการบริหารศูนย์ พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโพธิ์ไพศาล อำเภอกุสุมาลย์ จังหวัดสกลนคร จำนวน 181 คน คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.35 – 0.86 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.91 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการศึกษาค้นคว้า พบว่า การบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ใน ระดับมาก ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จำแนกตามสถานภาพ โดยรวม และรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยคณะกรรมการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนา เด็กเล็ก มีความคิดเห็น มากกว่าผู้ปกครองของเด็ก เมื่อจำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา พบว่า โดยรวมและ รายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยผู้ที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป มี ความคิดเห็นมากกว่าผู้ที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่ำ กว่าปริญญาตรี

Abstract: The purposes of this study were to investigate and to compare the management of Child Development Center under Bodhiphisan Sub-district Administration Organization, Kusuman District, Sakhon Nakhon province classified by status and educational background. The samples consisted of 181 parents and executive committee of Child Development Center under Bodhiphisan Sub-district Administration Organization selected by Stratified Random Sampling. The instrument used was a five-rating scale questionnaire with the discrimination power between 0.35-0.86 and the reliability of 0.91. The statistics employed in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The results were found that the management of Child Development Center was at the high level in overall and individual aspects. The comparison of the management of Child Development Center classified by status was statistically significant different at the .01 level in overall and individual aspects. The executive committee revealed higher opinions than parents. Classifying by educational background, the management of Child Development Center was statistically significant different at the .01 level in overall and individual aspects. People with Bachelor’s Degree or higher revealed their higher opinions than those with under degree.
