Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to 1) compare demographics in rangsit prosper estate employees, 2) study the level of happiness in working in rangsit prosper estate employees, 3) study the quality level of work life in rangsit prosper estate employees, and 4) study happiness in working, affecting the quality of work life in rangsit prosper estate employees. Number of samples were rangsit prosper estate employees 316 persons. The data were collected by convenience sampling method and analyzed by using distribution of frequency, mean percentage, standard deviation, T-test, One-Way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis at significance level 0.05.
The research findings resulted that, at significance level 0.05, rangsit prosper estate employees were mainly males, age 20-30 years, single, bachelor degree graduate and salary 10,001-20,000 baht. In addition, the study found that differences among gender, age and salary had no difference of the quality of work life. Whereas, status and education had difference of the quality of work life. For level of happiness in working in rangsit prosper estate employees, work achievement had the highest mean, followed by love of work, recognition, and connections. While, the quality level of work life in rangsit prosper estate employees was at moderate level. The results of multiple regression analysis found that connections and recognition had effect on the quality of work life in rangsit prosper estate employees. Whereas, love of work, and work achievement had no effect on the quality of work life in rangsit prosper estate employees.
